R.E.D.'s Featured Volunteer
R.E.D. volunteer Jeremy B. hangs out with his dog. All of his dogs are rescues. Jeremy
and his wife Meghan are currently fostering one of R.E.D.'s largest rescues, American Saddlebred Sasha.
Jeremy is a faithful R.E.D volunteer. He is always there when needed for transporting, fostering,
or backing up Meghan for amazing photo shoots. Jeremy's dedication and love for animals makes him
a true asset to R.E.D.'s program. His selflessness and willingness to help make him a pleasure and
privilege to have on board with R.E.D.. Thank you Jeremy for your hard work and dedication to R.E.D.'s
life saving mission.
THE CHANCE TO LIVE
These tiny perfect pink kitten paws were given the right to live and grow by R.E.D. and the donations that make this program happen.
A young feral cat's secret was within. This kitten and it's litter mates were saved after
their feral cat mother was spayed at a vet clinic. Three tiny kittens lives
hung in the balance between life and death when they were discovered inside her. A call was made
to R.E.D. with a plea for help. They were lovingly bottle fed by R.E.D. staff and volunteers
when the mother could not care for them after the spay surgery. They are all cherished indoor cats
in adoptive homes now. The cycle of feral cat life was broken and the lives of these wonderful babies
were saved. We need foster homes and donations to make amazing rescues like this happens.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF DAISY MAE
This beautiful face was full of life and love for people. She won our hearts with her loving ways and
kind nature. We adopted her to a person that promised they would keep her safe and never allow her
outside. They failed to keep her safe and broke that promise. A week after her adoption her tiny broken
body was found. Our wonderful warm Daisy Mae was dead. Please, keep your cats inside where they are
safe from predators, poisons, cars, dogs, parasites, sickness spread by wildlife and other stray animals.
The majority of cats that come to rescues and shelters are lost cats that were allowed outside by
their caregivers. Indoor cats are rarely lost and live longer lives. The only safe place for your
feline friend is inside your home.
